We do not stick too closely to the brand name, but instead carefully select ingredients with the eyes of our artisans, and in order to maintain a taste that everyone from infants to centenarians will find delicious, we work carefully every day to create our products using the same techniques that have remained unchanged since our founding.

This is a limited menu available only during the day on weekdays.
The cutlet is cut into thin strips so that it can be eaten in one go with a spoon. Enjoy the harmony of the fluffy rice, freshly fried crispy cutlet, and the egg that has been softened in a special fragrant broth.

We offer only the rare pure-blooded Ryukyu native pigs, known as Okinawan black pigs, known as Agoo Agoo , which are raised without medication, with a particular focus on the ancient Ryukyu pure-blood breed, with a great deal of effort, passion, and love.

We offer a variety of drinks including beer, craft beer, wine, plum wine, shochu, etc. Please choose from alcoholic drinks to soft drinks to suit your taste.
I also pay special attention to the coffee I drink after meals.
Most of the menu items are available for takeaway.
