We are particular about authentic Okinawan black pig "Agu," and offer only the rare, purebred Ryukyu native breeds, "Kinjo Agu" and "Matayoshi Agu," which are raised with love and care in drug-free farming. Served with burnt onion paste, please enjoy with your favorite sauce. We recommend first savoring the loin with just rock salt to savor the sweetness of the fat.
